Covid Protocols for Visiting Teams

Visiting Captains are asked to make themselves and their teams aware of the protocols requirements. Chenies & Latimer captains are asked to make sure this information is communicated to visiting teams.

CHENIES AND LATIMER COVID REQUIREMENTS
1. Ask the away players (as well as ours) to use the NHS Covid App to check in at the side of the pavilion
2. Remind the players that in the event of a rain interruption they should return to their cars and not congregate on the Veranda of the pavilion.
3. Subject to weather the Bar will be open for serving outdoors refreshments afterwards
4. We would ask you bring with you a list of players & attending officials with contact details as well
5. Our pavilion will be closed, except for the toilets, which means no teas or drinks will be available, so please bring your own teas/on field refreshment
6. This also means no dressing rooms for changing (other than for batsman decency purposes) or post game bar/showers.
7. We’d therefore expect you to arrive and leave in cricket gear and accept our apologies for lack of hospitality
8. We’ve set up a one way system for toilets (in via the away dressing room and out via the home dressing room) and ask that only ONE person be in the toilet area at a time.
9. We will have sanitisation spray on each side of the ground for use at the six over points
10. There are separate , designated areas for the home and opposing teams - so please use them as intended
