The famous Chenies & Latimer CC Bonfire Night Celebration will take place this year on Saturday 4th November.
This is an important event to the club in terms of our standing in the local community, who also support us by coming to the display, and in terms of our club’s finances, which allows us to retain our competitive membership subscriptions and match fees.
However, the event will not be possible without the support of our membership to help with various jobs and duties before, during and after the day.

Help will be required in the following areas:

On the Weekend of - Sat 28th & Sun 29th October (from 10am each day)
• Ground preparation
• Pavilion preparation

On the morning of Saturday 4th November
• Bonfire building (from 10am)
• Final set up of ground and pavilion

On the evening of Saturday 4th November (from 4.30pm onwards)
• Car Parking / Manning the gate
• BBQ – cooking and serving
• Bar and other selling (kids bar, Cans Bar, Mulled wine etc)

On Sunday 5th Nov
• Clear Up (from 10am)

No one will be required to staff the firework set up and letting off activities, as this will be professionally managed by the suppliers of the fireworks.
