All players are requested to use the club website to set availability for each match. As we are now running 3 sides on a Saturday and a Sunday team, it is important that we can rely on a single source of information regarding availability when selecting teams rather than a hotch potch of methods (verbal, text, whatsapp, email, carrier pigeon etc)

Setting availability takes seconds and can be done via the website or via the app:

Website:
1. Login
2. Click on "Your Account" at the top right of the screen
3. Click on "Your Account" in the drop down menu
4. Click on "Schedule" at the top of the page
5. There will be a list of fixtures / matchdays - click on "Set Availability" against a fixture
6. Select "Available", "Unavailable" or "Maybe"
7. If you wish add a note, e.g. "Injured till June" or "home match only"
8. Click "Save"

App
1. Click on the schedule button (2nd from the left at the bottom of the screen)
2. There will be a list of fixtures / matchdays - click on "Set Availability" against a fixture
3. Select "Available", "Unavailable" or "Maybe"
4. If you wish add a note, e.g. "Injured till June" or "home match only"
